Partial Payment Policy

• Partial payments may be received under the following conditions:
• $500 must be paid at the time of registration.
• All fees must be paid by the midpoint of the course.  The midpoint of a course is defined as halfway through the time of the study. 
• Partial payments for courses are NON-refundable after the start of class.
• Special fees, ID fees, lab fees, and application fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• Once you have made a course partial payment, that payment is eligible for a 90% refund if you withdraw within five (5) days before the class start date.
• Partial payments for courses are NON-refundable after the start of class.
• Full Payments 
• Payments are eligible for a 90% refund if you withdraw within five (5) days before the class start date.
• Full Payment does not guarantee that the course will be held.
• If the minimum number of students necessary to hold the course is not met, the course will be canceled, and you will be issued a full refund.
• If you want to withdraw from the course before it begins, you must contact Coastline ROP by emailing info@coastlinerop.net or calling (714) 979-1955 within five (5) days before the class start date.  Any withdrawal request made after this time will not be accepted.
• Students withdrawn for disciplinary reasons pursuant to the Student Code of Conduct are not entitled to a refund of any tuition and fees.
• A $25.00 fee will be administered upon any chargeback.

Refund Processing

Credit Card Refunds: Qualifying refunds can be processed via phone at (714) 979-1955. Processing time will vary depending on your bank.
Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Cash Refunds: Qualifying refunds are processed and mailed within 14 days of approval.

All students must understand and agree to the terms and conditions described above prior to registering for a Coastline ROP adult course. The acknowledgment of the above terms will be kept on file for each student.
