Culinary Arts Advanced

APPROVED FOR UC/CSU

The following ROP course meets the UC/CSU Preparatory Elective ā€œGā€ requirement. To meet UC/CSU admission requirement (ā€œGā€ credit), students must earn a grade of 70% or better.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Use existing culinary skills to master the art of preparing worldwide cuisine. Instruction will include lectures, demonstrations and student involvement. Participate in competitions, creating and plating dishes with a variety of ingredients.

Prerequisites: Students must have completed a Culinary Arts course with a grade of 70% or better.

Required Materials: Blue plants, black leather shoes with rubber soles are required.
