COURSE DESCRIPTION

Develop foundational skills, concepts, and techniques related to basic cooking methods. Investigate sanitary methods of food handling in the hospitality industry. Demonstrate safe handling of tools and equipment, identify and use various ingredients, acquire basic culinary skills, and practice menu development.
