Introduction to Engineering Design (PLTW)

APPROVED FOR UC/CSU

The following ROP course meet the UC/CSU Laboratory science “D” or Preparatory Elective “G” requirement. To meet UC/CSU admission requirement (“D” or “G” credit), students must complete a full year (two semesters) of the course and earn a grade of 70% or better.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Learn the design process, research and analysis, teamwork, communication methods, global and human impacts, engineering standards, and technical documentation. Develop skills and understanding of course concepts through activity, project, and problem-based learning.
